Cancellation policy:

The cancellation policy for the practice is 24 hours to avoid charges.

This allows Dr. Schneider enough courtesy time to schedule other patients who are on the waiting list. Remember, your therapy or assessment session is specifically saved for you. For further clarification of this policy, please discuss with Dr. Schneider during your first session.

Fees:

Fees vary depending on the type of service and the duration of service. Payment is expected at the time of service and cash or check made payable to Dr. Marnee Schneider, P.A. is accepted. Dr. Schneider is not contracted with any managed care providers.

However, clients are provided detailed statements that contain all the information needed to seek reimbursement from insurers or from health care spending accounts. Dr. Schneider chooses not to work with managed care insurance companies to ensure the clients maximum privacy and to maintain flexibility in treatment planning.

However, if you need to use a provider on your insurance plan Dr. Schneider may be able to provide you with a competent referral.
